We’re looking for results-driven Reverse Logistics professionals to actively seek out and engage new manufacturers of premium consumer electronics that in need of services and partners for their returns business. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Ideally you will have had consistent success in building relationships direct with manufacturers and implementing a variety of brand protection solutions and secondary market strategies.

This position is open to anywhere in the US.


Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell new & refurbished consumer electronics inventory to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Build new customer leads through events, cold outreach, & networking
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
